Firstly, we cannot mod you if you have been banned in the past. Simple and obvious rule. We've applied it to many applications and we aren't going to make any exceptions, because it would be unfair to many people. If you don't want this rule to apply to you, just don't get banned? Easy enough.
Secondly, we base most of our opinion on the way we've seen you act in chat. Even when we're lurking, we're watching the people who've applied. If you're seen causing arguments, bullying, spamming or even trying to cause wink chains [which, yes, basically comes under spamming] then our opinion is going to be lowered and there's going to be less of a chance of you being modded. It's even worse when a member of staff shows us a screenshot of an applicant trying to cause wink chains over and over again.
Lastly, if an admin sees that you're posting more than 1 application and counts it as spam, that's their decision. You should only be posting 1 application anyway, even if you feel like it's being ignored, there is no need to make others. If you post more, it'll make you look bad and once again, the chance of you becoming a mod will be dropped. Mods/admins also count PM'ing staff about the applications over and over again as spam. It does get quite irritating.
